DESIGN MEETS FUNTIONALITY

Veritas, a remote health company, needed a visually appealing, modern and vibrant website design to gain more engagement and customer awareness. An inaccessible, non-responsive, and unsuitable previous design prevented them from reaching audiences that needed such services.

Disclaimer: The studio did not continue design and support maintenance for this project after delivery. The client decided to perform this themselves. As the client can make changes without our design consultancy, it is possible that the live site does not look exactly as it did when it was delivered.

A WORK OF COLLABORATION

As soon as our studio started working on the project, we realized that just the right design wouldn't cut it. Before we could start our design process, we had to lay out the user journey and define the information architecture with the client.

During the development of the new website visuals, we worked in close collaboration with the company to maintain the colors and the branding and components to be used in the website as instructed.

Providing health information in a simple yet digestible manner is not an easy task. Nonetheless, we are design experts, so it didn't take us long to discover and define Veritas' desired style.

A person's decision to call or book an appointment with telehealth professionals and companies is greatly influenced by how the services are visually communicated. The studio made sure the website's experience and visual aspects succeeded not only in visual communication, but also in the quality of information it contained.
