Logo Redesign. Branding.
UX/UI Website Design & Development
Mindful Nanny Care is a holistic nanny agency with your child's emotional well being and safety comes first. Mindful Nanny Care provides top care to families at an approachable price. Every family deserves a loving, safe nanny who puts their children's needs first.
BUILDING TRUST THROUGH DESIGN FIRST APPROACH
A revamp of Mindful Nanny Care's digital presence and web, brand identity was needed. Based on recent market research, the company realized their audience did not trust their expertise because their brand communicated an "off" look.
While stakeholders did not want to completely remove the floral and branding components, our studio upgraded the brand's look, feel, and communication with a new typeface, lighter colors, and branding components that aligned better with an audience seeking trustworthy care.
Disclaimer: The studio did not continue design and support maintenance for this project after delivery. The client decided to perform this themselves. As the client can make changes without our design consultancy, it is possible that the live site does not look exactly as it did when it was delivered.
A CHANGE FOR CUSTOMER
ENGAGEMENT & AWARNESS
To begin, we asked the pain points of the current branding and why the data indicated that the brand didn't communicate the trust essence that the company desired.
It seemed dated and perhaps less professional looking for customers to be interested in the services with the previous logo. The next step was to define the audience, their needs and expectations for the brand and website.
Thanks to our design enhancement, the branding of the company took a 360-degree turn to a better communication through brighter and lighter colors. With a bolder typeface and better use of color contrast and combination, the company's service will be more noticeable to professionals seeking childcare.
The brand and its elements/components were now firmly established, and it was time for our studio to begin the web design process. As a result of the research and data collected in the branding step, the UX/UI process turned out to be much faster than expected because personas, needs, and expectations were already defined and laid out through customer research, surveys, and interviews.
A WORK OF ITERATIONS
For easy navigation and customer satisfaction, the team worked on several layouts of the design before settling on the best approach and layout. With the final design looking vibrant and communicating the right message for their audience.
