He sits down with his clients and comes up with a plan on what their options are and what the possibilities the future can hold with any investment.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS
One of Grant's challenges was providing a service with a lot of information. Customer-friendly website with easy navigation and digestibility. In addition to the site's palette, gradients, and layered color, icons and product illustrations also contribute to the website's identity. It was imperative that MBG's website identity reflected its brand, values, and quality service.
After various iterations and versions of design and layout, MBG ended up with a successful outcome that reflects their mission, values, and customer satisfaction.
Disclaimer: The studio did not continue design and support maintenance for this project after delivery. The client decided to perform this themselves. As the client can make changes without our design consultancy, it is possible that the live site does not look exactly as it did when it was delivered.
BRINGING THE IDEA TO LIFE
Several rounds of meetings, UX research, and online market strategy were required to come up with the final design, layout and web components because MBG is based in Canada, so the studio had to better understand the audience and the user behavior.
Our focus is not only on design, but also on information architecture and the website's structure. A solid structure and good user paths will provide the customer with satisfaction while browsing and seeking information about the company's products.
